Kellyanne Conway: Longtime Advisor to President Trump to Leave White House

Kellyanne Conway, a longest-serving advisor to President Donald Trump, has announced her departure from the White House. On Sunday, during the Republican National Convention, she announced that she’s living the job before the end of August. President Donald Trump was informed about her decision at his Office.

Conway released an official statement regarding her decision to leave her administrative job at White House.

She said, “I will be transitioning from the White House at the end of this month. George is also making changes. We disagree about plenty, but we are united on what matters most: the kids. Our four children are teens and ‘tweens starting a new academic year, in middle school and high school, remotely from home for at least a few months. As millions of parents nationwide know, kids “doing school from home” requires a level of attention and vigilance that is as unusual as these times.”

Conway’s husband is not a Trump supporter and has criticized him on various occasions. He is also making changes to his professional life to give more time to their family.

Her husband, George Conway, who’s a columnist at Washington Post and a lawyer is not a fan of the President. His organization, The Lincoln Project, has spent a hefty amount of money on ads and campaigns against Donald Trump.

Kellyanne has served as campaign manager of the President before taking over the role of senior advisor after the election. Kellyanne Conway is the first woman to serve as a campaign manager for a victorious presidential candidate
