The 9th ranked Tigers continue their quest for another trip to the State Baseball Tournament.
The Tigers played in the Battle of the Big Bats at Hobart and won the first two games of the tournament before losing a tough one to Carnegie.
It was bedlam time as Mangum traveled just a few miles to meet the undefeated Granite Panthers.
The game was a scoreless tie until the bottom of the 3rd when Granite scored a single run.
A leadoff single from Miller in the 4th followed by a double from Stockton tied the game 1-1. Granite took a 2-1 lead in the bottom of the 4th then scored an insurance run in the 6th when Caid hit a solo homerun and the Panthers remained undefeated with the 3-1 victory over the Tigers.
